In fact, the only site we can find that even comes close is from our affiliate, Tb.com.
According to Alexa.com, Blackrockfinehomes.com has a three-month global traffic rank of 601,512 and a US traffic rank of 94,558 among all the websites in the world. Users spend approximately 23 minutes on the Black Rock Properties website and view an average of 15 unique pages a day.
Since the launch on March 15, 2010, we have seen the unique visitors of our site total nearly 10,000 with over 63,000 unique page views. The result have been astonishing for the Black Rock Properties Group, now affiliated with Tomlinson Sotheby's Realty, with several qualified leads coming in on a daily basis.
What is our secret? With nearly 90% of all home buyers starting their home search on the Internet, we make our website a priority. We don't update monthly or weekly, but are constantly changing our site daily and even on an hourly basis. Social media integration, custom features unique to our website and ease of use are all factors contributing to our growth.
